Welcome to The Greens of Oakbrook Community Website

Our community is located next to the Boone County Golf Course.  The community, of 54 units, is beautiful and serene.  The residents of the Greens of Oakbrook love our quiet streets with sidewalks that are great to walk in solitude or with a friend.  Our streets are private, so no worries of outside traffic. 

While The Greens is not a senior community, our residents are generally empty nesters. Residents have a carefree lifestyle as the Homeowners Association is responsible for general grass cutting, mulching and bushes trimmed.  We also take care of clearing our streets and driveways of snow.  Many residents continue to enjoy planting their flower beds.  

The Greens website is for residents only.  It provides all legal documents, policies, and community updates including minutes and financial statements.  Each year a number of Board members are elected to a three-year term. We welcome any homeowner to run for a board position or volunteer for a committee.  Our community will remain strong with the commitment of our homeowners.
